Warranty & Liability Statement

White Goods Repair Warranty & Liability Statement

All repairs are carried out using recognised diagnostic procedures and industry‑standard practices. Any replacement parts used are sourced from reputable suppliers and fitted in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

1. 28‑Day Labour Warranty We provide a 28‑day labour warranty covering faults that arise directly from the repair work carried out by RH Electrical & HVAC.

This warranty covers: • Repeat failure of the same fault due to workmanship • Incorrect installation of parts • Errors in the repair process

This warranty applies only to labour and workmanship.

2. Parts Warranty (Where Applicable) Any new parts supplied by us are covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty.

Manufacturer warranties vary and may exclude: • Wear‑and‑tear items • Consumables (filters, belts, seals, brushes, etc.) • Damage caused by misuse or poor installation by third parties

Used or customer‑supplied parts carry no warranty.

3. Exclusions & Limitations of Liability This warranty does not cover: • New or unrelated faults developing after the repair • Electrical supply issues (fuses, sockets, wiring faults, RCD trips) • Blockages caused by user error (coins, debris, overloading, foreign objects) • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or continued operation with known faults • Water damage caused by pre‑existing leaks or appliance deterioration • Faults caused by scale, corrosion, or age‑related component failure • Issues caused by customer‑supplied parts

We are not liable for consequential or indirect loss, including: • Food spoilage • Water damage to property • Loss of earnings • Travel costs • Appliance replacement costs

4. Diagnostic Limitations Some faults may only become apparent after initial repair, especially on older appliances.

A successful repair does not guarantee the long‑term condition of: • Motors • Pumps • Control boards • Heating elements • Bearings • Seals and hoses

These components may fail independently of the original fault.

5. Customer Responsibility The customer is responsible for: • Ensuring safe access to the appliance • Reporting any new issues promptly • Authorising further diagnostic work or repairs if additional faults are identified

Acceptance of Terms By proceeding with the repair, the customer accepts the terms of this warranty and acknowledges the limitations of appliance diagnostics and age‑related component failure.
